Cancelling A Recurring Donation

You can cancel a recurring donation through the Payments Dashboard. Click on the icon that looks like a piggy bank on your Dashboard Menu.

In the Payments Dashboard, you will be presented with three tabs, History, Recurring, and Payouts. Choose Recurring.

Find the specific recurring donation you would like to stop and click on its entry. Through the button marked "Stop this donation," you can end the recurring donation. When the donation has been stopped, it will disappear from the Recurring Donation list.
