All of my donations didn't pay out.

Donations show in our system as soon as the payment is successfully initiated. However, it can take 1-2 business days for the payment to process in our system. Our payment processor flags all donations as pending until they are fully processed, at which point they are designated as "available" funds.

Pending funds cannot be paid out to our nonprofits' bank accounts. Sometimes the last few donations made at the end of a month will be paid out in the next month's payout because of their pending status. Nonprofits can, however, make a manual payout at any time to withdraw those funds as soon as they are available.
